SemiNex signs Télefo as Italian distributor

SemiNex Corp of Peabody, MA, USA, which manufactures high-power laser diodes emitting at wavelengths between 13XXnm and 17XXnm, has expanded its sales and technical support by adding Télefo S.p.A., a distributor specializing in telecom, industrial and medical lasers throughout Italy.

“We continue to grow our support team around the world with the addition of Télefo S.p.A in Italy with 25 years experience in technical and sales support,” says president & CEO David Bean. “Our high-wall-plug-efficiency/low-cost products are gaining tremendous attention around the world, thus making it important to bring on technical support to serve our customers with responsive, real-time service,” he adds.

SemiNex adds to Télefo’s product offering of eye-safe lasers for medical and industrial applications, says the distributor’s sales manager Francesco Brusamolino. “We have begun discussions with our customers and have already started to see increased interest in the SemiNex product offering,” he adds.
